Food Safety Certification Prep
Most provinces require food businesses to have a trained, certified food handler on site — for example, Ontario's food handler certification or BC's FOODSAFE. The rules differ by province. This course teaches the principles tested: the temperature danger zone, personal hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, FIFO storage, safe cooking temperatures, allergen management, and cleaning vs. sanitizing — with a full practice test.
