Customer Service in Food Service

Front-of-house customer service in Canadian restaurants. Greet customers warmly, describe menu items in compelling language, accommodate special requests, recommend dishes, handle complaints professionally, take phone and delivery orders, serve culturally diverse customers respectfully, serve alcohol responsibly (Smart Serve in Ontario; other provinces have their own training), and support catering and special events. The capstone for the food-service track.
