Mental Health First Aid for PSWs

PSWs encounter mental-health needs constantly: depression in long-term care residents, anxiety in family members, suicidal thoughts in clients, and the cumulative toll on yourself. This course teaches the basic recognition skills, the communication patterns that help, the escalation rules, and self-care strategies for high-stress care work. This course is not the official Mental Health First Aid course, and it does not give you a Mental Health First Aid certificate.
