Finding the Power Button
Every device has a power button. On a phone, it is usually on the side. On a laptop, it is near the keyboard. On a desktop computer, it is on the front or top of the big box. Press the power button one time. Wait a few seconds. The screen will turn on.
The Home Screen
After you turn on your device, you see the home screen. The home screen shows small pictures called icons. Each icon is an app. You can see the time and date at the top. At the bottom, you usually see the phone, messages, camera, and browser apps.
Opening an App
