Hassan: Good morning. Can I see your Bill of Lading?
Dave: Sure, here you go. 24 pallets of household goods.
Hassan: Okay. PO number 7741-B. Let me check our system.
Dave: I'm at dock 5, right?
Hassan: Yes, dock 5. I'll set the dock plate. One moment.
Hassan: Okay, the dock plate is set. I'm going to start unloading.
Hassan: Dave, I count 22 pallets. The BOL says 24.
Dave: Hmm, let me check. Sometimes the last pallets are at the back of the trailer.
Hassan: I checked the whole trailer. There are only 22.
